Coalition Building
At Evolve CA, we believe that change starts from the ground up. We partner with teacher and labor unions, community-based organizations, community advocates, and public officials to make solving the education crisis a top priority.
Building a people-powered coalition is how we amplify our message and grow our movement.
Public Education
Understanding history is the key to understanding the world. That is why we work with our coalition partners and community activists to educate people and build a grassroots movement to fully fund education.
We leverage the power of social media presence to raise awareness, conduct informative sessions in college classrooms to inspire the next generation of advocates, and educate people in the streets about Prop 13 Reform.
Democratizing knowledge is how we build support for structural change.
Grassroots Training
Youth empowerment is the center of our movement. We mentor the next generation of grassroots activists. Through our semester-long internship program, we connect with colleges and student leaders in the Bay Area, offering meaningful trainings in professional, personal, and political development.
This is how we empower people to become effective advocates in their communities.
Civic Engagement
From door knocking to street canvassing we train and mobilize people to be successful advocates for education. Our advocates regularly attend community rallies, protests, board meetings, and more.
Showing up and showing out is how we influence public policy decisions.
